A Fort Lauderdale teen with functioning but non-verbal autism has been found safe at Broward Health Medical Center, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
Fanel Joseph, 17, was reported missing Friday afternoon. He was last seen at his home, located at 2502 Franklin Drive in Fort Lauderdale.
According to BSO, Joseph was found unharmed and has been reunited with his family. The exact details surrounding the incident are not immediately known.
Joseph has autism and is functioning but non-verbal.
