A fourth man accused of having sex with and prostituting out an underage girl in Hialeah is facing a human trafficking charge.

Betancourt, who also faces a charge of renting a space to be used for prostitution, was being held without bond Tuesday, Miami-Dade jail records showed. It was unknown if he has an attorney.

In February, police arrested 22-year-old Carlos Cazares, 32-year-old Eliel Izquierdo-Alcala, and 21-year-old Freddy Rodriguez in the same case.

According to the report, Betancourt and the victim, a 17-year-old girl, are acquaintances. The victim told police Betancourt and Rodriguez picked her up from a Hialeah park and drove her to Izquierdo's house to have sex for money.

The victim said she was unaware of the arrangement. she was forced to take a shower with an alleged uncle of Betancourt, and Betancourt said the uncle and Izquierdo were going to pay him $400 to have sex with her and they would split the money, the report said.

The teen had sex with both men but said she never received any money, the report said.

In November, Betancourt, Rodriguez and Cazares took the teen to the El Paraiso Motel in Hialeah where they all had sex with her, the report said.

At the time of their arrest, police said Cazares, Izquierdo and Rodriguez were also involved in a separate similar incident in December involving a 13-year-old victim.
