Free Back-To-School Immunizations Offered in Broward

Free school immunizations are being offered to students in Broward County ahead of the new school year.

The Florida Department of Health in Broward County will provide vaccines free of charge to students 4 to 18 years old.

The free back-to-school immunizations will be from August 7 to 22 inside the Lauderhill Mall located at 1267 Northwest 40th Avenue in Lauderhill. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians must bring the child’s immunization records.

Dates and times:

• Monday-Friday - August 7- 11 & August 14-18 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Thursday – August 10 & 17 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• Monday – August 14 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• Monday & Tuesday – August 21 & 22 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Free vaccines will also be available at the Family Fun Resource Fair and Immunizations set for Saturday, August 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
