A gas leak had roads shut down in Fort Lauderdale Monday afternoon.
The leak was reported at 2520 S. Miami Road, Fort Lauderdale Fire officials said.
Federal Highway northbound was closed at State Road 84 as a result, officials said.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
No other information was immediately known.
