Girl Bitten by Dog Released From Hospital
An 11-year-old South Florida girl had a dog maul her face.

An 11-year-old South Florida girl is recovering at the hospital after a dog mauled her face. Jacklyn Tucker underwent one of several procedures this week at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital for reconstructive surgery of her lip and the area around her mouth. Dr. Drew Schnitt said the girl will need one more operation.
The 11-year-old girl who had part of her face mauled by a dog was released from the hospital Saturday afternoon, officials said.
Jacklyn Tucker had been at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital as she underwent one of several procedures for reconstructive surgery of her lip and the area around her mouth.
A Jack Russell terrier-English bulldog mix bit Tucker while she was staying at a friend's house in Royal Palm Beach last month.
