It's not even Thanksgiving yet and the Grinch is already trying to steal Christmas in Florida.

With a heart two sizes too small, 43-year-old Bryan Cooler ripped down nearly $4,000 worth of Christmas decorations Saturday night in Fort Pierce, according to TCPalm.com.

Rather than being caught by Little Cindy Lou Who, Cooler ran into Johnny Law, who busted him shortly after 10 p.m.

Cooler was charged with felony criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more for ripping down and destroying about $3,750 worth of decorations in the Sabal Palm Plaza.

Cooler eagerly offered himself up to arresting officers, placing his hands behind his back when he saw them, police said. He didn't offer up any reasons for his lack of Christmas spirit.

As of yesterday, Cooler was still in the cooler, being held on $2,500 bail.
