Hawaii Fugitive May Be in South Florida: U.S. Marshals

A fugitive who skipped out on a 10-year prison sentence for meth trafficking in Hawaii may be in South Florida, the U.S. Marshals Service said Thursday.

Luke Warner, 48, one of Hawaii’s top 15 most wanted fugitives, has ties in California, Florida, Massachusetts, and Iowa, but his whereabouts are currently unknown.

He has an extensive criminal history to include armed robbery, theft, weapon and drug possession, and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Warner, who also uses the alias Louis Manetti, is 5-foot-7, 170 pounds with graying hair, light brown eyes and a small facial divot on his left cheek.

A reward of up to $10,00 is being offered for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with info is asked to call 1-800-336-0102.
