Humid, Low Chance of Rain in South Florida Wednesday

South Florida will remain humid Wednesday to go along with a chance of showers across the area.

Most of the area can expect a fair amount of cloud cover throughout the day, though chances of rain stay around 20 percent. Highs will reach 82 degrees – close to average for this time of the year – and should stay around that number for much of this week.

At the same time, the National Hurricane Center is watching a weak disturbance that has started to form in the central part of the Atlantic Ocean. The NHC says the system has a 30 percent chance of development over the next five days while saying it likely will have no impact on South Florida.
