A man was arrested for shooting in a Hollywood apartment building, prompting an early morning evacuation of all the residents, authorities said.
Nelson Tomattis, 30, faces a charge of shooting into an occupied dwelling. Authorities said he shot his gun into an apartment at 2915 Pierce Street. No was injured in the incident.
After a report of shots being fired a SWAT team was sent in.
Tomattis has an active warrant from Polk County for cocaine possession.
