Somewhere the Hamburglar is in his lair cooking up a scheme to top Carl Dudley Crabtree and Sir Lawrence Scipio Dixon.

The two South Florida men were arrested in Key West after they allegedly broke into Key West High School and stole 30 pounds of chicken nuggets from the school cafeteria's freezer.

The delicious goods were found on a table along with a graduation tassel and some tools, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

Clearly, these alleged crooks were reminiscing on their high school days a bit too much. We all loved chicken nugget day in the cafe, but not enough to go back for seconds 15 years later.

Dixon, 33, and 41-year-old Crabtree were caught by a school employee, who called the police.

When Keys cops asked the hungry burglars why they were stealing from the school, the duo said they were trying to start their own business.

McDonald's must be thrilled not to have the new competition.
