A Florida lawmaker has filed a new bill that would ban abortions in the state if a fetal heartbeat is detected.

The bill, HB-235, would make it a third-degree felony for a doctor to perform such abortions, and would also redefine an "unborn fetus" as an "unborn human being."

A man accused of peeping into a teen girl's bedroom in South Florida apparently picked the wrong home after he was caught and beaten up by the girl's father, a former NFL player.

Geoffrey Cassidy, 48, was arrested on a lewd and lascivious behavior charge after the encounter with former Detroit Lion and Tennessee Titan.

Man Banned From Royal Caribbean After Jumping Off Cruise Ship

A group of men have been banned from cruising with Royal Caribbean for life after one of them was filmed jumping from their 11th-floor balcony on the Symphony of the Seas cruise ship while it was docked in the Bahamas.

The man posted footage of the frightening jump into the ocean at Nassau on his Instagram account.

Oakland Park Neighborhood on Alert After Continued Coyote Sightings

Residents in one Oakland Park neighborhood are asking for the county’s help after the latest sighting of coyotes near the development.

Neighbors snapped photos of the wild animals near the Oak Tree community, saying they have been spotting the animals as far back as one year ago.
