A Miami-Dade judge is withholding for review four police video clips that depict Justin Bieber urinating into a cup for a drug test. Bieber is seen above after his release from jail following his arrest in Miami Beach last month.
Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield ruled Monday that any objections to additional video releases must be filed by 2 p.m. Wednesday. Altfield is already withholding for review four clips of police video that depict Bieber urinating into a cup for a drug test.
Bieber's attorneys want to review the entire 10 hours to determine if other images show the 19-year-old singer in various states of undress.
The Associated Press and other news media organizations are seeking the video under Florida's public records law.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
