Miami-Dade Police were called to the scene of a shooting Tuesday evening.
It happened around 8:50 p.m. near 215th Street and Southwest 114th Court in Miami.
Police said 16-year-old Sherill Christmas was shot in the arm, and was transported to the hospital for observation and questioning. His friends who were with him were not hurt.
Investigators are now searching for three other juveniles for their involvement in the shooting. They believe the teens rolled up on bicycles, started firing their weapons and then fled. They were described as black males between the ages of 15 and 18.
The motive remains under investigation.
