Fidel Gutierrez, of Marathon, favors Old Saint Nick, but is accused of grinch-like behavior.
The 58-year-old was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling drugs, police said.
Monroe County Sheriff's Office charged FGutierrez after an undercover sting revealed he was allegedly selling cocaine.
Police said the Santa look-alike sold the drugs to undercover officers six times between late February and early March.
Gutierrez was charged with six counts of selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a place of worship and four counts of a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony.
