A South Florida man is accused of exposing himself to children over Halloween weekend.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Luis Mendez, 52, touched himself in front of children at a bus stop in West Park.
It happened Friday in the area of Clifton Road and Sutton Road.
Police said Mendez told them he was celebrating Halloween and wanted the children to see his "banana."
BSO said he again touched himself in his holding cell.
Mendez was being held without bond on several charges, including five counts of exposing himself in public. It's unknown whether he has an attorney.
