The 31-year-old woman told deputies Vilca poured bleach into her alcohol bottle and then gave it to her to drink from. She added that Vilca kicked her, although he denied the allegation and said he pushed her, according to an arrest report.

“I only put bleach in her alcohol bottle because she’s been drinking all day with her friends from across the street,” Vilca said, according to an arrest report.
