Man Arrested After Fight Leads to House Fire in Hialeah: Police

A house fire was sparked in Hialeah after tempers flared during a family fight, according to police.

The man accused of starting the fire appeared in court Friday. Investigators said Lazaro Amador, 27, was arguing with his uncle Thursday when he fired a flare gun.

The flare missing the uncle, but sparked a fire at a neighboring home on West 36th Street. No one was hurt, but the fire threatened the lives of the four people who live in the home.

Amador is facing several charges including four counts of attempted murder and arson. There's no word on whether he has an attorney.
