James Deans, 27, is in federal custody after being arrested without incident by the South Florida Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force in Hallandale Beach. He is expected to make his initial appearance in federal court Monday in Fort Lauderdale to face charges there, the FBI said.

He robbed the Wells Fargo at 6810 Miramar Parkway on Thursday at about 11 a.m., taking an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot, according to the federal agency.
