A man was arrested for allegedly attempting to abduct a girl Monday in a Pinecrest shopping plaza.
Robert Davis, 52, of Miami Gardens, tried to grab the 12-year-old at the plaza near South Dixie Highway.
Officers later found Davis at the nearby Dadeland South Metrorail Bus Station. While he was being detained, Davis pushed back, but officers eventually deployed a stun gun on him, police said in an arrest report.
Davis was booked into jail and faces numerous charges, including kidnapping, child abuse and resisting an officer with violence.
