Man Arrested for Fatal Shooting Over Punked Video: Ocala Police

Andrew Joseph, Lobban, 31, is being charged with three counts of first degree murder.

A Florida man is facing first-degree murder charges after he gunned down three bouncers who teased him about a video that showed him getting punked, police said.

Andrew Joseph Lobban, 31, was arrested Sunday on three counts of first-degree felony murder in the early morning shooting, according to an Ocala Police report.

Records showed Lobban was being held in jail without bond Monday and it's unknown if he has an attorney.

The shooting happened in front of AJ's Bar at 11 E. Silver Spring Boulevard around 12:40 a.m.

Police say Lobban worked with the victims as bouncers at the Ocala Entertainment Complex. Lobban told police that one of the victims recently "punked" him, capturing it all on video that was shown to the other victims.

Lobban said he was embarrassed when the group began laughing and teasing him about the video, police said.

According to the report, one of Lobban's friends told police they were leaving the bar when Lobban pulled out a handgun and pointed it at one of the victims.

The friend heard gunshots and saw Lobban run from the scene.

The three victims, identified as Josue Santiago, 25, Jerry Bynes, 20, and Benjamin Howard, 23, were all shot in the head, the report said. They were found lying along the sidewalk.

Two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The third victim died at the hospital.

Officers searched the back parking lot of the bar and found a 9mm handgun and shirt in a trash can.

Lobban was later found at his girlfriend's house and taken into custody, the report said.

Lobban told police he remembered shooting at least two rounds at Santiago outside the bar, and said he had intended to shoot Santiago but the other two victims were killed by accident, the report said.

He admitted to tossing the gun and shirt in the trash can, the report said.
