Man Charged in Multiple Beatings, Sexual Assaults: Miami-Dade Police

A Miami-Dade man accused of beating and sexually assaulting women at least three times is behind bars but police say more victims may be out there.

Anthony Jimenez, 23, was arrested Saturday on multiple counts of sexual battery and strong arm robbery, Miami-Dade Police said. He was being held on more than $100,000 bond Monday, jail records showed. No attorney information was immediately available.

Police say that on at least three occasions known to detectives, Jimenez violently beat and sexually assaulted his victims. After one assault, he robbed a woman of her money and threatened to beat her if she didn't comply, police said.

Two of the victims were teens, age 16 and 18, police said. The age of the third victim wasn't released.

Detectives believe there may be for victims who haven't come forward because of their immigration status. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 305-476-5423.
