One person died in Fort Lauderdale Monday night after he was found shot on NW 3rd Avenue, police said.
The victim was found shot on the 1100 block of NW 3rd Avenue at about 8 p.m. and died on the scene, Fort Lauderdale Police spokesman Travis Mandell said.
He was later identified as 23-year-old Rashad Rucker.
Fort Lauderdale Police spokeswoman Kathy Collins said a bicycle was found near Rucker and he may have been riding it when he was shot.
No other information was immediately available.
