New information has been released on the case of a South Florida man accused of hitting his brother with a car.

Shawn Forbes, 36, has now been charged with first degree murder following the death of his older brother Everan.

Pembroke Pines Police said Forbes intentionally ran his 43-year-old brother down last week following an argument at their home.
