A 32-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after police say he exposed and fondled his genitals in front of a 15-year-old girl and her mother at a laundromat.
Margate Police say Felipe Nistal was charged with lewd and lascivious acts and exposure of sexual organs for the incident that happened June 19 at 5728 Royal Palm Blvd.
While Nistal left before police arrived at the scene, he was later identified by the victims through a photo lineup.
He is being held at the Broward Sheriff's Office main jail without bond. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
