A Davie man is in jail after police claim he met a teen off of the social networking site Myspace and had sex with her at her home.

Javier Campos, 20, has been charged with sexual battery on a minor for the incident involving a 13-year-old girl, theSun-Sentinel reports.

Campos allegedly met the girl at her home late one night and sneaked into a window after the teen's parents went to sleep. He then had sex with the girl, but later contacted the teen and said he was afraid he would get in trouble because she was so young.

A judge ordered a $15,000 bond and restricted Campos' Internet access and he cannot go on any social networking site until the case is over.
