A grand jury has indicted Gustavo Enamorado-Dubon for the 2007 murder of Francisco Cuevas of Coral Springs, authorities said Thursday.
Enamorado-Dubon has been indicted for first-degree murder and armed kidnapping, the Broward State Attorney’s Office confirmed.
Coral Springs Police said recently they were spending $30,000 to jump-start the police investigation into the cold case.
Police have said they believe that Cuevas, 47, was killed in Pompano Beach at his kitchen supply business. Parts of his body were found in a metal box in Palm Beach Gardens five months after he was reported missing.
