Police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a man at a shopping center in Miami Gardens.
The shooting happened at a plaza near NW 2nd Avenue and 199th Street, officials said. A witness on the scene said the incident began with an altercation outside a gas station about a block away.
After the altercation, the victim came over to the shopping plaza. Moments later, an unidentified gunman shot the 34-year-old from a car.
The victim was treated by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, but was pronounced dead on the scene.
