A Pasco County man who spent eleven hours in a tree to avoid being arrested is now behind bars.

Jail records show 37-year-old Ray Allen Charron was taken into custody early Saturday morning. He was held in the Land O'Lakes Detention Center on charges that include strong arm robbery, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence.
