Authorities said the two could not agree where to drop off their 6-year-old son. They are supposed to conduct the custody exchange at a local Publix, but the last couple months they have been picking up and dropping off the child at their homes, authorities said.

Jerry Najman wanted Sasha Najman to pick the boy up from his home, while she wanted him to give her the child at the Publix, according to authorities.

"The victim eventually responded to the offender's residence but was very upset at having done so," said the affidavit.

The fight escalated and the Jerry Najman threw the slice of pizza he was eating, but she was not injured, the affidavit said.
