VID: Man and Woman Pull Off Miramar Bank Robbery

Police search for South Florida's "Bonnie and Clyde"

South Florida may have its own Bonnie and Clyde.

Police are investigating after a man and woman pulled a daring mid-day armed robbery of a Miramar SunTrust bank Monday.

Police say the man and woman were dressed in medical scrubs when they entered the bank on the 8200 block of Miramar Parkway and ordered employees to put their hands up.

The couple demanded cash and were able to flee with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

No one was injured during the robbery, but Miramar Fire Rescue was called to the scene to treat one person who was apparently suffering from chest pains.

The FBI was en route to the scene to assist in the investigation.
