Massage Parlor Closed After Sting

A massage parlor in Hallandale Beach was busted for offering more than just a massage.

The language at the city commission meeting on Friday bordered on X-rated as officers in masks testified about what they found at Healing Massage Therapy, which is now shutdown and shuttered in a strip mall.

“I said $40 and she moved her hands up and down for masturbation,” an officer said.

The officers were sent in the now closed business undercover, as paying patrons, to see if massage therapists were engaging in the planets' oldest profession, prostitution.

This was all part of an on-going crackdown of massage businesses that reportedly provide a so-called “happy ending” for cash. The owner Marc Siegal argued his business is legitimate.

However, what the officers found is different.

“She was massaging my back, my chest, and my lower legs and worked herself up to massaging umh to caressing my genitals,” another officer said.

After hours of testimony the Hallandale Beach Commission voted unanimously to bar the massage parlor from re-opening its doors.
