A driver is being charged with second-degree murder after fatally running over a man in northwest Miami-Dade Sunday morning, police said.
The incident happened around 5 a.m. in the area of Northwest 101st Street and 29th Avenue, Miami-Dade Police officials said.
According to police, two men had been involved in an altercation, and one drove over the other.
Police have not released the identity of the driver or the victim.
