An elderly man appeared before a bond court judge in Miami Thursday for allegedly fondling a young girl.
Santos Carlos Molina, 66, was charged with sexual battery on a minor after police accused him of preying on his 10-year-old neighbor.
The incident happened at the suspect's Miami home when the little girl delivered food to him back in 2015, according to a police report.
The two went into the kitchen and Molina told the girl to take off her shorts and underwear, before he fondled the child, an arrest report said.
Before the recent allegation, Molina faced similar charges 10 years ago. In a 2005 arrest warrant, the 66-year-old suspect faces sexual battery charges in four other cases. The victims were 6 and 8 in those cases, the warrant stated.
"I'm trying to understand where, why they haven't arrest him since 2005," said Judge Mindy Glazer Thursday. "Who knows how many more victims there are."
Molina was ordered held on no bond.
