In an effort to spread to random acts of kindness, The Miami Parking Authority is performing one this holiday season.

The MPA is granting drivers with a random act of kindness this holiday season by honoring them with a free hour of parking beyond their expiration time.

The courtesy citation begins Monday Dec. 16 and will continue through Dec. 29. It applies for all on-street parking spaces that are managed by the Miami Parking Authority throughout the City of Miami.

MPA says they are offering the courtesy program as they appreciate customers parking in their spaces and hope drivers will perform a random act of kindness during this holiday season.
