Miami Police Looking for Suspect in Attempted Sexual Assault

Police are looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman in her Miami home.

The incident happened Thursday at a home in the 2600 block of Southwest 32nd Court, Miami Police said.

The elderly victim said she was in her home when she was startled by the man, who came walking through her living room. She said the man forced himself on her in an attempt to sexually assault her, police said.

Police said the woman shouted and managed to free herself after a struggle. The man fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s or early 30s, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9, with a slim build, long black braided hair and brown eyes.
