Miramar Police are looking for a suspect they say shot a man outside an apartment complex.

It happened outside the pool area at the Ashlar apartments around 3:30 p.m., and police  were questioning neighbors, searching vehicles driving nearby, and the BSO chopper was flying.

Miramar Police say the suspect was wearing a green ski mask, light blue hoodie, and dark pants.

That victim was taken to the hospital and his condition was not immediately available.

Neighbors who live here say the apartment complex is very unsafe. Even with a security guard, the area sees a lot of crime.

Anyone who may have information is asked to call Broward Crimestoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
