A Southwest Florida mother is under arrest after officials say she showed up to her daughter’s school “too high” to pick up the child.

Garciela Cruz Padron was booked into the Collier County jail on a charge of child neglect after the 26-year-old arrived at the school near Naples on Monday with another small child inside the car that she forgot about, according to NBC affiliate WBBH-TV.

School staff said Cruz Padron arrived to pick up her daughter and two friends but was slurring her words and fell asleep while standing. Deputies arrived and said the mother had an orange liquid coming out of her nose.

All children were turned over to their biological fathers, according to the station, and the Department of Children and Families is investigating.
