If you’re heading out to Saturday’s Marlins game, you may hear a familiar voice.
NBC 6’s morning anchor Sheli Muñiz will be singing the national anthem prior to the start of the game.
Muñiz auditioned to sing the national anthem when the baseball team was recruiting local talent during an open audition.
Several people, including Muñiz, were selected to sing at Marlins Park during Opening Week.
Muñiz will sing at 6:10 p.m., just before the Marlins take on the Colorado Rockies.
Break a leg, Sheli! We’re sure you’ll “knock it out of the park!”
