A man was arrested Wednesday after he stripped off all his clothes, bit another man’s arm and resisted arrest, deputies said.
Authorities with the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said they had to taser the man multiple times to subdue him.
Charles Baker, 26, was charged with aggravated battery and resisting an officer, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Baker arrived at his girlfriend’s house to visit his kids while under the influence of an unknown drug. When he arrived, he began acting wildly, cursing, screaming and removing all his clothes, a report said.
A man in the home attempted to calm Baker down but was bitten on his left bicep, officials said. When deputies arrived, Baker continued to act out of control, screaming and clenching his fists.
Baker remained in jail Friday on $3,500 bond, records showed. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
