A Naples man was arrested after a woman told authorities she found him naked and trying to get "freaky" with her drunken roommate, Naples Daily News reported.
Kelvis Maiguel, 38, was arrested Thursday on one count of battery, according to online records. He posted $2,000 bond later that day and was released from jail.

Deputies at the Collier County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened after Maiguel and a group of friends came home to a Grand Cypress Circle apartment after drinking at a local bar.
A woman in the apartment said the alleged victim passed out drunk on a couch and Maiguel, who was also drunk, fell asleep on the dining room floor, Naples Daily News said.
The same woman, who lives with the alleged victim, said she was awoken by her roommate, who was bottomless, saying, "No, no stop it!"

Maiguel, who was naked, said he was trying to get "freaky" with the woman, and later admitted to deputies that he had removed her pants and underwear, according to a report.
The alleged victim said she was able to get away before rape occurred, but Maiguel said he did not intend to have sex with her, according to authorities.
Online jail records listed Maiguel's next court appearance for Dec. 5.
