A shooting inside a Miami Gardens strip club killed one man and injured two people, police said.
The shooting happened inside Mint Lounge at 2510 NW 187th St. around 4 a.m. Wednesday.
"It appears some type of altercation occurred inside the club at which point someone pulled out a gun and started firing," said Ralph Suarez, with the Miami Gardens Police Department. "There were approximately three to five gunshots fired inside the club."
Suarez said the man who died was shot in the back and that all victims were patrons of the club.
One of the people shot was a woman, Suarez said.
The victims were taken to Ryder Trauma Center and Jackson North Hospital, where they're in stable condition, Suarez said.
Police are looking for a shooter but didn't give any details on the suspect.
