An unidentified person was shot twice and transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries at Mama Lucy’s Pizza in Fort Lauderdale on Friday afternoon, officials said.
The victim was confronted by an unknown male, who fled the area. Police don’t know whether the suspect fled on foot or in a vehicle.
The suspect is described as a black male, officials said. Detectives are still investigating the incident.
