Erick Lee Blanton may not have been arm wrestling for custody of his son, but when the Fort Pierce man lost a match early Sunday, he did not take it well.

The 25-year-old was arrested on four counts of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly went on a violent frenzy after losing an arm wrestling bout.

Blanton drove his pickup truck over a lawn and mailbox and tried to run over several people, according to tcpalm.com.

The sore loser even pointed a rifle at the head of the man who beat him.

Blanton was arrested at his house shortly after his fit.
