Police said they have three of four suspects in custody in connection with a perimeter they set up in Miramar Wednesday night.

Police said earlier they were searching for a Target shoplifter who was in a confrontation with police near Chili’s.

The shoplifter drove off from the Target at 16901 Miramar Parkway, and then was confronted by Miramar Police near the Chili’s restaurant at 16401 Miramar Parkway, police said.

Police said they fired shots, and the shoplifter’s vehicle crashed.

The suspect fled the scene, and police said they set up the perimeter to try and apprehend that person and others who might have been in the vehicle.
