Police in Hollywood are investigating after a man was slashed during a fight at a Walmart Friday afternoon.
Officers responded to the store at 301 S. State Road 7 where one person was cut in the hip, officials said.
Police said two men started arguing inside the store just before 1 p.m. and it quickly escalated to a fight. The victim was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital where he was expected to be okay.
A section of the store near the entrance was closed off with police tape as officers guarded the scene Friday afternoon.

Police said the victim wasn't cooperating with the investigation and it was likely no one would be arrested.
No other information was immediately known.
