Police are still looking for Rakie Kamal, 22, who was also involved in the attempted heist.

On Wednesday, Kamal and Wallace went to the 28th floor of the ritzy waterfront condo-hotel to buy weed from two men. Once inside the condo, Wallace pulled a gun and ordered the unnamed victim to hand over the marijuana.

Instead, the two men who lived in the apartment pulled out their weapons and began shooting. Wallace was shot five times and Kamal fled the scene with the drugs.

One of the men in the apartment was shot in the leg. It's unclear if the men in the apartment will face drug charges.
