Pembroke Pines Police Department is searching for an 86-year-old man suffering from dementia, who was reported missing early Sunday.
George Diaz was last seen leaving his family's home located at 1597 NW 168 Ave. in Pembroke Pines. Authorities say Diaz left the residence in his white 2001 Lexus SUV, bearing the Florida tag number GYNZ86.
Diaz suffers from Dementia, and does not have his prescribed medication, police say. He is believed to possibly be in the Collier County area based on a credit card transaction at a Shell gas station in Immokalee.
The Pembroke Pines Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Diaz and urges anyone who sees him to contact police immediately.
