Police Searching for Gunman Who Killed Man at Gas Station in Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade Police are searching for a gunman who caught on camera shooting and killing a man outside a gas station.

The shooting happened the just before midnight on August 10 at the gas station at 2200 Northwest 95th Street, police said.

According to police, 41-year-old Val Black was sitting on the curb when he was approached by the gunman, who fired repeatedly at Black before fleeing the scene.

Black was pronounced dead at the scene. Video released by police Wednesday showed the moments just before the shooting.

Police are still investigating the shooting and are looking for the suspect, who is described as a black male. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
