Polls closed at 7 p.m. on Tuesday as several cities in Broward and Palm Beach counties held municipal elections.

Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Oakland Park, Parkland, Plantation, Pompano Beach and Sunrise were holding elections. Delray Beach and Boynton Beach were holding electionsin Palm Beach County.

Polls were open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The South Florida Sun Sentinel reported there was no early voting in these elections.
