Florida Power and Light crews were working to restore power after an outage at Jackson Memorial Hospital Monday.
Hospital officials said there was an outage in the west wing but the generator kicked in. The hospital was operating as normal and patients haven't been effected.
FPL was on scene and working to restore the power, officials said.
